What we do: Send in your broken industrial power supply.  In most cases the repair will be about one-third the cost of new.  The normal repair time is 5-10 working days, and the repair is warranted for one year.  Repair charges range from $100 to over $1000, with most typical repairs running around $150. 

What we don't do: Consumer electronics, personal computer, or small modern equipment with commodity power supplies readily obtainable on the open market.  These can be inexpensively replaced or repaired by anyone with basic circuit knowledge.  Our service is cost-effective for those customers with industrial automation machinery, commercial-grade electronic equipment, switching relay devices, or those dealing with a large quantity or a diverse variety of power supplies. 

HOW TO HAVE YOUR POWER SUPPLY REPAIRED  

Step 1:   Get a telephone estimate.  If you're not sure whether your power supply is worth fixing, call ACME Process Equipment Company at (317) 846-3321.  We have standard repair prices for many power supply makes and models, and we'll be glad to tell you the charge for a normal repair, which fixes the failed component(s), and restores the power supply to working order.  Complete refurbishment is also available, for twice the repair cost.  Refurbishment substantially rebuilds the power supply, replacing all heat and stress-sensitive components.  The refurbishment warranty covers the entire power supply against future failure, not just the repaired portion. 

Step 2:  Print this Return Form and send in your power supply for repair.  To correctly evaluate the failure, the power supply should be returned in "as failed" condition, without having been worked on first.  Normal repair time is 5-10 working days, but can be expedited to 48-hours if needed.  Ship to MODUMEND, 5506 Adolfo Road, Camarillo, CA 93012.
